My Story

Thank you so much for digging a little deeper to find out more about me and my offerings. I gained my certification in Sexological Bodywork in 2023 from the Sea School of Embodiment, now the Institute for Relational Harmony. I relish working with all bodies, and my specific areas of interest are 'communication for neurodivergent beings', 'self-pleasure rituals', 'intimacy after childbirth' and 'intimacy after trauma'. I love to provide one off or ongoing one-way touch sessions for individuals who want to experience the powerful pleasure of receiving.

Prior to training as a Certified Sexological Bodyworker (CSB) I home educated my children in Bristol. And prior to being a home educating mother, I worked in the health service in England (NHS) as a specialty manager and a contract manager for ten years. I have a BA in Music and an MBA in public sector business administration. I used to write choral music for fun but now my music is mostly limited to using a rolling pin as a microphone and singing along to Whitney.

After years of medicating myself with alcohol, drugs, anti-depressants and various forms of therapy and distractions, I faced a truth which I had skirted around for as long as I can remember. The truth was that despite the society in which I grew up, and the company I had kept, I was deeply interested in sexuality and pleasure, as a career, a medicine and a way of being. And so I immersed myself in the healing power of acceptance, authenticity and somatic practice; because while I could consciously describe my experiences and desires, it wasn't until my soul and my body joined the journey, that I could truly integrate my healing.

You may find it useful to know that I am queer, neurodivergent, a mother to two young humans, white and in the peri-menopause chapter of life. While I aim not to be defined by any of these capsules, I accept that they influence my being and my relating.

Soma Success

Soma Success is my Sexological Bodywork offering.

I am particularly interested in working with individuals who find it challenging to ask for what they want, perhaps because they are neurodivergent, or because they have experienced sexual trauma. I am passionate about this work because I have experienced the powerful shifts that are possible when working with boundaries, consent, reflection and deep somatic awareness.

Soma Success is also available for people who have experienced conscious sexuality and would like to take up an offering of touch in a discrete session of active receiving.

Why you might want a session with me...

  • To address past experiences of sexual trauma

  • To explore self-pleasure practices

  • To improve intimate relationships with a long-term partner or new partners

  • To address challenges around shame, inexperience, discomfort with body or genitals

  • To improve sensual awareness, understanding of consent and boundaries, communicating desires and kinks

I am offering Sexological Bodywork sessions in-person or online. You can contact me via email to book a free 15 minute Discovery Call.

One White Crow

One White Crow is the single, unique outlier which disproves a widely held belief or assumption. It only takes one exception to challenge a general rule. The white crow is also a symbol of spiritual awakening, transformation and rarity.

One White Crow experiences will take you on a journey to challenge societal norms, allowing you the space in which to feel freedom and connection in ways you may not have thought possible, to move in ways that represent your desires and to interact with consent, curiosity, ritual and playfulness.

Born from the queer community and intimate events hosted by Society Undone in Bristol which I founded and rounded up, One White Crow brings elements of those events into discrete experiences of meditation, music, movement, dance and pleasure.
